Your Next 90 Days Roadmap


Month 2 – Consolidate and deliver


  • Keep BD going: maintain 60–90 minutes daily of outreach and follow-up

  • Aim for at least 2–3 client meetings every fortnight

  • Continue to book roles while delivering on the ones you have won

  • If a role sits outside your niche or you are at capacity, collaborate with the network for split-fee delivery

  • Meet weekly with Jay to refine BD strategy and adjust campaigns

  • Stay active in the community: share progress, support others, and ask for help when you need it

Month 3 – Grow your base


  • Add one new sector or sub-sector to your outreach, building on your niche

  • Start using content to increase your visibility. Share at least one post a week on LinkedIn to position yourself in your market

  • Check in with existing clients to add value beyond roles (market insights, candidate feedback)

  • Bring any suitable clients into Auxeris so you benefit from contracts, invoicing, and client care that keeps them coming back

  • Revisit data protection training if targeting a new geography. Compliance is ongoing, and you must adapt to local rules

Month 4 – Scale and strengthen


  • By now you should have multiple client meetings each month. Aim for 1–2 roles live at any given time

  • Keep 8–10 hours a week dedicated to outreach. This is the engine that keeps everything moving

  • Track your performance against your KPIs. If you are not converting meetings into roles, use coaching to reset your approach

  • Share roles or collaborate on delivery with the network where it adds value

  • Stay consistent with LinkedIn: 15–20 minutes daily to engage, comment, and stay visible. Share posts that show your expertise and the work you are doing

  • Engage weekly with the Auxeris community and keep building those relationships

What a successful week looks like by Day 90


By this point, the most successful Auxeris recruiters are spending their time like this:


  • 8–10 hours outreach: tailored emails and LinkedIn messages to prospects in your market

  • 5–6 hours live conversations: calls, follow-ups, and client meetings

  • 3–4 hours client delivery: CVs, updates, and moving roles forward

  • 2–3 hours development: working with Jay on BD strategy, refining your approach, and training where needed

  • 2–3 hours planning: reviewing progress and setting up the next week

  • 1 hour coaching: join the weekly sessions to sharpen your BD activity. (Or if you want something more, with up to 4000 leads, you need to look at the Professional membership package)

  • 30 minutes community engagement: connect, collaborate, and share opportunities

  • 15–20 minutes daily on LinkedIn: comment, engage, and post content that builds your credibility


By now, you should expect to have built a stronger pipeline. That means multiple client meetings booked each month, live roles you are delivering on, and a growing base of clients who see you as a trusted recruiter.
